1. When can I expect to receive my order?
I typically ship 2-3 business days after receiving your order. During busy periods, fulfillment can take a bit longer. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 7-10 business days after your order has shipped.

1. What is the difference between fragrance oils and essential oils?
Essential oils are natural oils extracted from various areas from plants (roots, flowers, buds, etc.). Fragrance oils are made up of multiple ingredients that can be both naturally and synthetically derived. Our products are formulated using fragrance oils, which are developed in accordance with the most recent International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards. These standards are based on safety recommendations made by an expert scientific advisory committee through review of the most recent data available from the Research Institute of Fragrance Materials.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact me within 15 days of your purchase. I will work with you to find an acceptable solution and will offer a replacement item or a refund, in certain circumstances.
All candles and melts made by me are made of 100% soy or a coconut soy blend.
